CATHOLIC CHURCH

This ministry's goal is to promote spiritual renewal for parish members of all ages by providing varied opportunities for spiritual growth.

We are ALL called by God to contribute to the growth and well being of our parish family. This Spiritual Life Commission is answering that call by being committed to strengthening our relationships with the Lord and each other. We promote and/or encourage all programs as follows, special speakers, small faith sharing groups, book studies, the Living Rosary, May crownings, morning and evening days of prayer, and Advent and Lenten special programs or missions.

We are sponsoring groups to serve a few new areas of need within our parish, and will continue to give them prayer filled encouragement. These new groups are:

Divorced and Separated Support Group, which will begin in the Fall.

A Young Adult Group (ages 21-35), devoted to spirituality, social aspects, and service projects.

Currently, we meet on an as needed basis. Please refer to the bulletin for dates and times for our meetings. Everyone is welcome to come at any time to attend a meeting. We are always open to new ideas.

Upcoming events:

The Young Adult Coffee, Sunday, May 20, 2007 from 12:45 - 3:00 in classroom 10. If you are 21-35 we would like you to attend and we'll brainstorm on what a young Adult group in our parish can do to make our parish a better place to be, to grow, and to meet new people.
