Disciple Maker Index Survey

In 2021, the Diocese of Columbus partnered with Catholic Leadership Institute using the Disciple Maker Index Survey. The DMI survey is being repeated this year and has opened today.

This survey will provide you the opportunity to reflect on your own spiritual growth and provide feedback on the efforts of Seton Parish to help you grow as a disciple.
