Dispensation Decree from Bishop Fernandes

The following decree has been issued by Bishop Earl K. Fernandes and we have been asked to share this with the parish community.

Bishop Earl K. Fernandes has issued a dispensation (In accordance with Canon 1247) for those, who quote, "... reasonably fear being detained, even those with proper legal documentation, who fear separation from their families, or experience intimidation because of their status or ethnic background."
